Sorry to say that I am selling my cerb and will not be participating in this years fun and games so good luck to all. I will be watching from the sidelines and hope to drop in and see you at some of the local events. I may well be back in a year or so. Here's the advert: Very Cheap Cerbera (1997) - £7,500Sadly for sale my Cerb. It is cheap because it has an engine problem. It runs but the engine sounds rough and needs time and money that right now I do not have.
The car is very well known - I won the TVRCC speed championship in it in 2008 and 2009. It is probably the best set up and fastest point to point cerb in the country. It is BRG with green carpets and a tan interior. It has had a chassis refurb (see my post on it circa 3 years ago, search on Pistonheads). It has been garaged since 2001 and there is no rust on the chassis. The engine is a 4.2 but has a large journal 4.5 crank and was fully upgraded to redrose spec by TVR Power. Last rebuild was 3000 miles ago. It has a TCS cooling chip and was fully remapped by Jules with a 370 bhp dyno print out. The suspension is all nitrons, set up and corner weighted by Topcats with stiffer anti roll bars. The handling is excellent. The brakes are upgraded ventilated disks with paget pads and SRF600 fluid. The fornt indicators have been moved and swapped for LED's and the front brakes have cooling ducts. It had a new clutch and slave cylinder 2000 miles ago. 17" racelines with nearly new R888's.
In the last 4 years (7,000 miles) it has also had new exhaust headers, a new back box and centre section exhaust, radiator, cooling system, complete ignition system, starter motor and just about everything I can think of. Oh and the aircon works perfectly. Bargain of the century. Tel: 07770-220302
